Ownership of an NFT Title Deed does not grant you physical access to the property without prior arrangement, nor does it transfer any liabilities associated with the property to you.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims related to the Service exceed the amount paid by you to Estavia in the last six months or $500, whichever is greater.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New York County, New York.
